Tedatioxetine (Lu AA24530) is an antidepressant that is or was under development by Lundbeck and Takeda for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD).[1][2] It is reported to act as a triple reuptake inhibitor (5-HT > NE > DA) and 5-HT2A, 5-HT2C, 5-HT3 and α1A-adrenergic receptor antagonist.[3][4][5][6] As of 2009, it was in phase II clinical trials,[6] but there have been no updates since then, and it is no longer displayed on Lundbeck's product pipeline.[1]
