Tedatioxetine (Lu AA24530) is an antidepressant that is or was under development by Lundbeck and Takeda for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD). It is reported to act as a triple reuptake inhibitor (5-HT > NE > DA) and 5-HT_2A, 5-HT_2C, 5-HT₃ and α_1A-adrenergic receptor antagonist. As of 2009, it was in phase II clinical trials, but there have been no updates since then, and it is no longer displayed on Lundbeck's product pipeline.
