Frijoles Puercos

Frijoles Puercos (pig beans) is a traditional Mexican dish. Originating from Sinaloa, Mexico, the dish is characterized by blended beans stewed with lard, olives, chile pepper, chorizo, Monterey Jack cheese and ranchera sauce.[1]
