Brett Goode (born November 2, 1984) is an American football long snapper for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League. He was signed by the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He played college football at Arkansas.

Early years
Goode was born in Pampa, Texas, and attended Northside High School in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Brett attended Northside with Matt Jones, who he also played with at Arkansas and in Jacksonville with the Jaguars.
Professional career
Jacksonville Jaguars
After going undrafted, Goode signed with the Jaguars as a rookie free agent. He participated in their training camp until he was released on August 20. He re-signed with Jacksonville on March 5, 2008 but was released again on June 16.[1]
Green Bay Packers
On September 1, 2008, the Packers signed Goode after starting long snapper J. J. Jansen suffered a season-ending knee injury.[2] On January 7, 2011, Goode signed a contract extension.[3] On week 15 of the 2015 NFL season, Goode suffered a torn ACL during a game against the Raiders. Subsequently he was placed on Injured Reserve.[4]

Goode married Monica Cayce on November 1, 2014. Cayce was a contestant competed in The Amazing Race 9.[6]
