The 2018 IIHF World Championship Division III is an upcoming international ice hockey tournament run by the International Ice Hockey Federation. It will be held in Cape Town, South Africa, and the qualification tournament will be held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.[1] Kuwait and Turkmenistan are set to make their debut in the World Championships, with both playing in the Qualification tournament.
Participants
The following teams will compete in Division III. The team that finishes in first place will be promoted to the IIHF World Championship Division II Group B for 2019.
