Washington State History Museum
From Infogalactic: the planetary knowledge core
The Washington State History Museum is located in downtown Tacoma, Washington. It is owned and operated by the Washington State Historical Society under the official approval of the Washington State Legislature.
The museum maintains a permanent exhibit about the history of the Pacific Northwest, and continually hosts temporary exhibits that further illuminate some portion of the history of the state of Washington. The top floor of the museum contains a "history lab" where visitors can experience and learn about history in a more hands-on fashion.
