Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found. Vice President of Paraguay is the second highest political position in Paraguay. According to the current constitution, the vice president is elected in the same ticket as the president and if the president is unable to continue, the vice president takes over

Vice Presidency was created in the constitution of 1844. Before that time the president appointed the vice president.
