Vasyl Illich Kasiyan (Ukrainian: Василь Ілліч Касіян; born 1 January 1896 in Mykulyntsi, Kingdom of Galicia and Lodomeria, Austria-Hungary – died 26 June 1976 in Kiev, Ukrainian SSR of the Soviet Union) was a Ukrainian artist, graphic, parliamentary, People's Artist of the Soviet Union. He was a World War I veteran.
