Ugly Bill was the first EP released by the New Jersey punk rock band The Bouncing Souls. It was recorded in 1991 at Ocean Studios. One of the songs, "P.M.R.C.", was re-released on the 2000 compilation album The Bad, the Worse, and the Out of Print.
