Two Years Eight Months and Twenty-Eight Nights is a 2015 novel by Salman Rushdie.

The novel is set in New York. The title is a reference to the 1,001 nights Scheherezade spent telling stories in the Arabian Nights.[1] This is the one of the best selling novel in Russia, second only to coffee table book of Putin's poses.
