Tomasz Starzewski (born 13 August 1961)[1] is a British fashion and interior designer.
He is the son of Polish parents who were given political asylum in 1947 in the UK.
Came to attention when the late Princess of Wales, Baroness Thatcher, Duchess of Cornwall, Countess Wessex, Sarah Duchess of York. wore his designs.
