Template:Rls/doc

The rugby league squad template is intended to present the playing and coaching staff of rugby league football teams in conjunction with {{Rls player}}. It is adaptable for different needs but examples are below to show standard formats.

Map of fields

Nearly everything can be changed. Shown below are the names of the fields to use. list4 can be used the same as list1, list2 and list3 or it can be used for separate information with up to 20 labels as needed.

Club colours in top bar

• Background colour: |BC1=#D31718
  • It's possible to add borders too e.g. |BC1 =red; border: solid black 1px
• Font colour: |FC1=#FFFFFF

Navbar

  • To add the quicklink navbar of view talk edit to the top of the table, add the name of the template here (ensure the capitalisation is correct).

What cannot be altered:

• Assistant Coach or Coaches (Depending on if any/how many assistants were entered)
• Legend
• (c) Captain
• (vc) Vice captain

How to use:

• templatename - If you have used {{Rls}} within another template, add the name of the template here to have view talk edit directing to that template's pages. If templatename is not used edit will open the edit window of the page you are viewing.
• Date - format is DD Month YYYY
• Source - include link and name of the source plus a reference or just a reference e.g.

[http://club.com/view_news.php?ID=685 Club]<ref name="club01-12-09">{{cite web |url=http://www.club.com/view_news.php?ID=685 |title=Club announce 2010 squad |date=2009-12-01 |publisher=Club |accessdate=7 December 2009}}</ref>
