Sugunia

Sugunia was a city mentioned by the Assyrian king Shalmaneser III.[1]

The Monolith Inscription of Salmaneser II:

To the city of Sugunia, the stronghold of Aram[2] of the land of Ararat (Urartu), I advanced the city, I besieged, I took. Many of their warriors I slew.[3]
