Steve Sciullo is a former American football guard of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the fourth round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He also played for the Philadelphia Eagles before retiring as a member of the Carolina Panthers in 2007. He played college football at Marshall. He is perhaps best known as being one of the two Thundering Herd linemen who carried quarterback Byron Leftwich down the field against Akron, after Leftwich had fractured his tibia earlier in the game.[1]
Post-football career
Sciullo now works at Hampton Township School District[disambiguation needed] as a Paraprofessional helping students learn in their core classes. He recently became head coach of the neighboring Deer Lakes High School varsity football team. He also attended Shaler Area School District for High School. In 2015 Sciullo was named Pittsburgh Steelers High School Football Coach of the Week.
