Stan Lee's Lucky Man is a drama TV show produced by Carnival Films and POW! Entertainment about a person granted the power to change luck. The show is broadcast on Sky 1.[2] Primary writer for the show is Neil Biswas.[4]

Synopsis

Harry Clayton is a flawed London homicide detective. His gambling addiction has cost him his wife and daughter, and indebted him for thousands of pounds to a casino owner. A mysterious woman gives Clayton an ancient bracelet that brings him an immense amount of luck.[2]

Production

The concept began as Stan Lee's answer to fan's question about what super power he would like to have, luck. After starting up POW!, they considered making a TV series based on luck super power.[7]

Lucky Man debuted on Friday, January 22, 2016.[7] The first series of Lucky Man averaged 1.9 million viewers per episode and was Sky 1's most successful original drama. The show was renewed for a second series in March 2016.[8]
