Sisi (Italian: Sissi ) is a 2009 Austrian-Italian-German biographical drama television miniseries directed by Xaver Schwarzenberger and starring Cristiana Capotondi in the title role. It was produced by Sunset, Publispei, RAI and EosTV, with a budget of about 11 million euros.[1] It depicts real life events of Empress Elisabeth of Austria.[2]
