Sialkot Cantonment Board is the administrative body of Sialkot Cantonment. It covers an area of 6781.77 acres (27.445 km2) including four bazaar areas and a very posh living bungalow area.

- Street lights
- Construction and maintenance of public utility works
- Basic health care
- Primary education
- Imposing and levy of taxes
- Exercising control over buildings
- Regulating trades
- Maintenance of vital statistics
- Establishing and maintaining a system of public vaccination
- Rendering assistance in extinguishing fires, and protecting life and property when fire occurs.
- Fulfilling any other obligation imposed upon it by Cantt; Act 1924
