Sahukara (Kannada: ಸಾಹುಕಾರ) is a 2004 Indian Kannada romantic drama film directed by Om Prakash Rao and produced by K. Manju. The film stars V. Ravichandran, Rambha, Shashikumar and Anu Prabhakar in the lead roles. Veteran actor Vishnuvardhan made a special appearance in the film. The film was a remake of Tamil blockbuster film Muthu directed by K. S. Ravikumar, starring Rajinikanth and Meena in the lead roles. Muthu which was later remade into Malayalam as Thenmavin Kombath, which starred Mohanlal and Shobana.

The film released on 24 September 2004 to generally positive reviews from critics and successfully screened for about 7 weeks in cinema halls.
