STANANDLOU (S+L) is an independently owned advertising agency with its headquarters located in Houston, Texas.[1] It was founded in 1988 by Stan Mays and Lou Congelio. it is one of the largest independently owned advertising agencies in Houston.
History
In 1996, co-founder Lou Congelio bought out his partner, Stan Mays, and became 100% owner of STANANDLOU.
In 2008, Michelle Reed purchased 50% of the company and became equal partner with Lou Congelio.
