Rural Community Transportation (RCT) is a nonprofit, public bus system headquartered in St. Johnsbury in Caledonia County, Vermont. RCT serves the counties of Caledonia, Essex, Lamoille, Franklin, Washington, and Orleans Counties. It provides regular bus routes to member municipalities.

It consists of mainly volunteer drivers paid for mileage. There is a shuttle bus between the local regions. The service provides specific transportation for the elderly, school, and medical reasons when necessary.[1]

In fiscal year 2010, RCT had an annual ridership of 47,600, the fewest in Vermont. Their fleet consists of 17 wheelchair accessible vehicles.[2]
