Regina Montoya is the senior vice president and general counsel of Children's Medical Center in Dallas.[1][2] Before that she was the chief executive of the New America Alliance since 2005. She attended Harvard Law School in 1979 and became a partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in 1986. She served as director of the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs under the Clinton administration. She also ran against Pete Sessions for a Congressional seat in 2000.
