Reece Lyne (born 2 December 1992 in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire) is an English rugby league player for Wakefield Trinity in the European Super League. He plays full back, wing or centre.

He attended David Lister School during 2004-2009, and also played for Ideal Isberg Rugby Club during his childhood years.[citation needed]

Former England Academy International Reece Lyne was signed at Wakefield Trinity Wildcats in October 2012 by his former coach at Hull FC, Richard Agar who was the man to give the outside back his Super League debute. Lyne scored a try on his first senior appearance in 2010 against Salford for the black and whites.[citation needed] Capable at centre or the wing, Lyne is also equally adept at playing full-back.

Career

Lyne started his playing career in 2010 at Hull.[2] At the end of the 2012 season he signed a three-year deal with Wakefield Trinity.[3]
