There were 74 housing units at an average density of 112.6 per square mile (43.3/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 88.33% White, 9.17% African American, 0.83% Pacific Islander, 1.67% from other races.

There were 51 households out of which 25.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 68.6% were married couples living together, 5.9% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.5% were non-families. 17.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.35 and the average family size was 2.66.
