Pacheco Creek (Contra Costa County)

Pacheco Creek is a 3.4-mile-long (5.5 km)[1] waterway in central Contra Costa County, California.[2] It empties into San Pablo Bay.

History

Salvio Pacheco II, born in Monterey was granted the Rancho Monte del Diablo in 1834, and settled there in 1844. The creek is presumably named for him.[3]
