Oscar Manuel Negrete Padilla is a Colombian amateur boxer best known to win a Bronze medal at light-flyweight at the 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games.
He lost 7:12 in the semi to Odilon Zaleta. At the 2007 Pan American Games he was defeated by Winston Mendez Montero, at the World Championships 07 he lost early to Pal Bedak. At the second Olympic qualifier he lost to Paulo Carvalho and Yampier Hernández.
