Oliver Walker is an actor, known for his roles in Trapped (2012), Atlantis (2013), and The Stitch 2012.[1] He is currently a regular on Atlantis, starring as Heptarian. Earlier when he was cast into the TV series, Walker’s name was left off of the casting announcement made by BBC One.[2]

Career

Oliver Walker is currently a key cast member of the fantasy show Atlantis that airs on BBC One as well as other networks that is based on Greek myth and the mythological city Atlantis.[3] The show took the prime-time spot, that was emptied when Merlin ended. His role in Atlantis is as Heptarian, one of the series antagonists, who plots along with the main villain, Pasiphaë. It is currently unclear on whether or not he will be returning to the show for series two.

Awards

Oliver Walker was awarded the Em-Lou Production and Drill Hall Award and the The Micheal Mac Liammoir Award for Best Actor at the International Dublin Gay Theatre Festival in the year 2011.[4][5]

Personal life

Oliver Walker is from Plymouth and currently lives in London. He previously studied at Arts Educational Schools London before becoming an actor.
