Nagayalanka is a village in Krishna district of Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located in Nagayalanka mandal of Machilipatnam revenue division.[2][3]

As of 2011 census, the village had a population of 9,321. The average literacy rate stands at 83.56% with 7,167 literates, significantly higher than the state average of 67.41%.[1][5]

Economy

The oil well in Nagayalanka onshore block has largest oil deposits of KG basin, with approximately 480 Million Barrels of Oil Equivalent (MMBOE).[6][7]
