António Miguel Nunes Ferraz Leal de Araújo (born 22 April 1965), known as Miguel Leal, is a Portuguese football manager who is in charge of Moreirense.

Between 1986 and 1991, Leal obtained a degree and Master's degree in Physical education, as well as completing a Doctorate in Psychology.[citation needed]

In May 2012, after several seasons working as an assistant coach for lower level sides, Leal returned to the manager's seat by being appointed as the manager of Penafiel.[1] Leal's first season with the Penafidelenses, the 2012–13 season, saw Leal guide his side to a comfortable ninth-place finish.[2]

The following season, the 2013–14 season, proved to be his most successful to date as he guided Penafiel to a third-place finish which would grant them promotion to the Primeira Liga after an eight-year absence.[3] His managerial displays at the helm of the Durienses during their promotion winning campaign earned him the Segunda Liga Coach of the season award.[4]

On 16 May 2014, Leal was appointed as the new manager of Moreirense.[5]
