Michael Kozoll
Michael Kozoll is an American screenwriter.[1] He is perhaps best known for creating the police procedural television series Hill Street Blues along with Steven Bochco.[2] Kozoll wrote for television programs including Delvecchio, Quincy, M.E., McCloud, Richie Brockelman, Private Eye and Kolchak: The Night Stalker. With his work in Hill Street Blues, he won two Primetime Emmy Awards and was nominated for two more in the category Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series.[3] Kozoll also won in the category Outstanding Drama Series, which he won along with Bochco and Gregory Hoblit.[4]
