Medal of Devotion for National Defense

Medal of Devotion for National Defense (Chinese: 献身国防纪念章) is a military decoration awarded by the Central Military Commission of China.[1][2] It was divided into three levels.
Criteria
The medal is awarded to the martyrs, and military officers, civilian cadres and soldiers who die or disable by injuries received in line of duty. Martyrs are awarded with golden medals; person who die in line of duty is awarded with silver medal; person who is disabled by injuries received in line of duty is awarded with bronze medal.[3]
