At above 200m to the uppermost penthouse Marina Heights Tower was provided with the NOC to commence occupancy in November 2006 and features 380 units spanning 57 floors with a mix of one,two,three and 5 bedroom apartments, a number of duplex designs on the upper floors, ten penthouses,residents facilities, two mezzanine and four basement level parking.
