Lukov is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 8.73 square kilometres (3.37 sq mi), and has a population of 374 (as at 3 July 2006).
Lukov lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) south of Třebíč, 40 km (25 mi) south-east of Jihlava, and 152 km (94 mi) south-east of Prague.
