List of WWE Cruiserweight Champions
From Infogalactic: the planetary knowledge core
The WWE Cruiserweight Championship was a professional wrestling championship in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). The championship was generally contested in professional wrestling matches, in which participants execute scripted finishes rather than contend in direct competition. It was competed for by cruiserweights at a maximum weight of 215 lb. (97.5 kg)[1] and was originally a World Championship Wrestling (WCW) title. It was exclusive to the SmackDown! brand. There have been a total of 40 recognized champions who have had a combined 79 official reigns.[1] This is a chronological list of wrestlers that have been WWE Cruiserweight Champion by ring name.
