This is a list of characters from Fate/Apocrypha, a Japanese light novel series based on the Fate/stay night franchise by Type-Moon.

Main characters
- Sieg (ジーク Jīku?)
- Voiced by: Natsuki Hanae[1] (Japanese), Zach Aguilar[2] (English)
- Sieg is the main protagonist of Fate/Apocrypha. He is a homunculus who is initially nameless. At first, he was killed by Gordes but then brought back to life by Siegfried after he sacrificed his heart into him. Eventually, he gained the ability to transform into a Servant in Siegfried's form for an amount of time.
- Ruler (ルーラー Rūrā?) - Jeanne d'Arc (ジャンヌ・ダルク Jannu Daruku?)
- Voiced by: Maaya Sakamoto[1] (Japanese), Erika Harlacher[3] (English)
- Ruler is one of the main characters of Fate/Apocrypha. She is the spirit of the historical figure Jeanne d'Arc in the body of an ordinary French high school student and Christian called Laeticia (レティシア Retishia?), whose appearance is very similar with Jeanne d'Arc.

Servants
- Saber of Black ("黒"のセイバー "Kuro" no Seibā?) - Siegfried (ジークフリート Jīkufurīdo?)
- Voiced by: Junichi Suwabe[1] (Japanese), Ben Pronsky[4] (English)
- Gordes Musik Yggdmillennia's Servant. His heart is transplanted into Sieg after his death. His Noble Phantasm is his sword Balmung, which is capable of releasing a massive energy attack.
- Archer of Black ("黒"のアーチャー "Kuro" no Āchā?) - Chiron (ケイローン Keirōn?)
- Voiced by: Shunsuke Takeuchi[1] (Japanese), Jalen K. Cassell[5] (English)
- Fiore Forvedge Yggdmillennia's Servant. His wish is for the gods to return his immortality. He was the teacher of the Rider of Red. His Noble Phantasm is Antares Snipe, which allows him to shoot a magical arrow that will automatically track its target.
- Lancer of Black ("黒"のランサー "Kuro" no Ransā?) - Vlad III (ヴラド三世 Vurado Sansei?)
- Voiced by: Ryōtarō Okiayu[1] (Japanese), Ray Chase[6] (English)
- Darnic Prestone Yggdmillennia's servant and Leader of the Servants of Black. He despises the Dracula myth as he sees it as a corruption of his efforts in life to save his country and people. His Noble Phantasm is Lord of Execution, allowing him to summon thousands of stakes on which he can impale his enemies. He was forced to transform into a vampire-like monster after Darnic uses Vlad's Noble Phantasm by force via the Command Seal and fuses with him. Vlad is then destroyed by Shirou Kotomine, along with Darnic.
- Rider of Black ("黒"のライダー "Kuro" no Raidā?) - Astolfo (アストルフォ Asutorufo?)
- Voiced by: Rumi Ōkubo[1] (Japanese), Faye Mata[7] (English)
- Celenike Icecolle Yggdmillennia's Servant and one of the Twelve Paladins of Charlemagne. He rides a Hippogriff as a Rider servant and he saves Sieg's life in the beginning. His Noble Phantasm is Trap of Argalia, which can disable any living thing with a touch. He later became Sieg's Servant after Celenike's death.
- Caster of Black ("黒"のキャスター "Kuro" no Kyasutā?) - Avicebron (アヴィケブロン Avikeburon?)
- Voiced by: Mitsuru Miyamoto[1] (Japanese), Cam Clarke[4] (English)
- Roche Frain Yggdmillennia's Servant. He is able to manufacture golems and thus given enough time is an army unto himself. His only wish is to see his Noble Phantasm (an actual living Golem) succeed. His Noble Phantasm is Golem Keter Malkuth, which allows him to construct the ultimate golem.
- Berserker of Black ("黒"のバーサーカー "Kuro" no Bāsākā?) - Frankenstein's monster (フランケンシュタインの怪物 Furankenshutain no Kaibutsu?)
- Voiced by: Ai Nonaka[1] (Japanese), Sarah Anne Williams[8] (English)
- Caules Forvedge Yggdmillennia's Servant. Her wish is to have the Grail give her a mate. Her Noble Phantasm is Blasted Tree, which allows her to release massive amounts of electrical energy. This, however, will causes her to self-destruct, and she's destroyed by the usage of her Noble Phantasm as a result of attacking Mordred with it. It is also capable of reviving Sieg's heart.
- Assassin of Black ("黒"のアサシン "Kuro" no Asashin?) - Jack the Ripper (ジャック・ザ・リッパー Jakku za Rippā?)
- Voiced by: Sakura Tange[1] (Japanese), Erica Mendez[9] (English)
- Reika Rikudous' Servant. She was originally summoned by Hyouma Sagara but kills him when he tries to sacrifice Reika during the summoning and transfers master status to Reika. Jack was originally born from a collection of tens of thousands of wraiths of the aborted children of prostitutes of Whitechapel, London. Her Noble Phantasm is Maria the Ripper, which allows her to instantly kill any female target as long as certain conditions are met.

- Darnic Prestone Yggdmillennia (ダーニック・プレストーン・ユグドミレニア Dānikku Puresutōn Yugudomirenia?)
- Voiced by: Nobuyuki Hiyama[10] (Japanese), Benjamin Diskin[11] (English)
- Black Lancer's Master and the leader of the Yggdmillennia group. He is almost a century old despite looking in his 20s as a result of researching eternal youth. He plundered the Holy Grail from the Third Holy Grail War of Fuyuki.
- Gordes Musik Yggdmillennia (ゴルド・ムジーク・ユグドミレニア Gorudo Mujīku Yugudomirenia?)
- Voiced by: Toru Ohkawa[10] (Japanese), Brad Venable[12] (English)
- Saber of Black's Master and an First-Class Alchemist.
- Fiore Forvedge Yggdmillennia (フィオレ・フォルヴェッジ・ユグドミレニア Fiore Foruvejji Yugudomirenia?)
- Voiced by: Chinatsu Akasaki[10] (Japanese), Kayli Mills[13] (English)
- Archer of Black's Master and a magus with great talent who is well versed in spiritual evocation and human engineering. She has been confined to a wheelchair since birth and wishes to have the Grail to heal her legs while keeping her magus abilities (something that would not be possible otherwise). She is the older sister of Caules.
- Celenike Icecolle Yggdmillennia (セレニケ・アイスコル・ユグドミレニア Serenike Aisukoru Yugudomirenia?)
- Voiced by: Shizuka Ishigami[10] (Japanese), Lauren Landa[4] (English)
- Rider of Black's Master and an Dark Arts practitioner who has sadistic and deviant sexual tastes. She was beheaded by Modred.
- Roche Frain Yggdmillennia (ロシェ・フレイン・ユグドミレニア Roshe Furein Yugudomirenia?)

- Caster of Black's Master and a prodigy magus who creates Golems with his Servant.
- Caules Forvedge Yggdmillennia (カウレス・フォルヴェッジ・ユグドミレニア Kauresu Foruvejji Yugudomirenia?)

- Berserker of Black's Master and an magus who can summon low-class spirits, insects and animals. He is Fiores' younger brother.
- Reika Rikudou (六導玲霞 Rikudō Reika?)
- Voiced by: Mai Nakahara[10] (Japanese), Allegra Clark[15] (English)
- Assassin of Black's Master and a prostitute with no talent as a magus so she has Assassin devour violent criminals to supply her with energy.

- Kairi Sisigous' Servant. Known as the Knight of Treachery, she is the homunculus daughter of Altria Pendragon and her sister Morgan le Fay. She has a good relationship with her Master and wishes to use the grail to challenge her right to be King of Camelot and have her "father's" recognition as her heir. Her Noble Phantasm is Clarent Blood Arthur, a magic sword that can release a massive energy blast.
- Archer of Red ("赤"のアーチャー "Aka" no Āchā?) - Atalanta (アタランテ Atarante?)
- Voiced by: Saori Hayami[1] (Japanese), Allegra Clark[15] (English)
- Originally Rottweil Berzinsky's Servant and later Shirou Kotomine's Servant. Wishes to use the Grail to protect the children of the world. Her Noble Phantasm is Phoebus Catastrophe, which unleashes a devastating rain of arrows down on the enemy.
- Lancer of Red ("赤"のランサー "Aka" no Ransā?) - Karna (カルナ Karuna?)
- Voiced by: Kōji Yusa[1] (Japanese), Chris Niosi[17] (English)
- Originally Feend vor Sembren's Servant and later Shirou Kotomine's Servant. Demi-God famous for his indomitable will and archery but here he was summoned as a Lancer. He possesses multiple Noble Phantasms that make him invulnerable and grant him powerful fire attacks.
- Rider of Red ("赤"のライダー "Aka" no Raidā?) - Achilles (アキレウス Akireusu?)
- Voiced by: Makoto Furukawa[1] (Japanese), Joe Zieja[18] (English)
- Originally Cabik Pentel's Servant and later Shirou Kotomine's Servant. His Noble Phantasm is Troias Tragōidia, his war chariot that he can summon.
- Caster of Red ("赤"のキャスター "Aka" no Kyasutā?) - William Shakespeare (ウィリアム・シェイクスピア U~Iriamu Sheikusupia?)
- Voiced by: Tetsu Inada[1] (Japanese), Keith Silverstein[19] (English)
- Originally Jean Rum's servant and later Shirou Kotomine's Servant. He is very interested in how popular his works are in modern times. His Noble Phantasm is First Folio, which allows him to trap his enemies in powerful illusions that force them to relive their most traumatic experiences.
- Berserker of Red ("赤"のバーサーカー "Aka" no Bāsākā?) - Spartacus (スパルタクス Suparutakusu?)
- Voiced by: Satoshi Tsuruoka[1] (Japanese), Josh Tomar[4] (English)
- Originally Diemlet Pentel's Servant and later Caster of Black's Servant when he is captured. he is known as the Spirit of Rebellion and takes great joy in battle. His Noble Phantasm is Crying Warmonger, which increases his power the more damage he receives.
- Assassin of Red ("赤"のアサシン "Aka" no Asashin?) - Semiramis (セミラミス Semiramisu?)
- Voiced by: Kei Shindō[1] (Japanese), Allegra Clark[15] (English)
- Shirou Kotomine's Servant. She uses poison as her weapon but also has the ability to summon two Primeval Serpents. Her Noble Phantasm is the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, where she can construct a massive flying fortress.

- Assassin of Red's Master and initially the stand-in master for all the other servants with the exception of the Saber of Red.
- Kairi Sisigou (獅子劫界離 Shishigō Kairi?)
- Voiced by: Kenji Nomura[10] (Japanese), Patrick Seitz[21] (English)
- A freelance Necromancer. He summoned Saber of Red with a splinter of the Round Table.
- Jean Rum (ジーン・ラム Jīn Ramu?)
- She is the original Master of Caster of Red and is highly skilled in wind element magic.
- Rottweil Berzinsky (ロットウェル・ペルジンスキー Rottoweru Perujinsukī?)
- He is the original Master of Archer of Red and is a magus-for-hire.
- Feend vor Sembren (フィーンド・ヴォル・センベルン Fīndo voru Senberun?)
- He is the original Master of Lancer of Red and a professor at the clocktower.
- Cabik Pentel (キャビィク・ペンテル Kyabīku Penteru?)
- He is the original Master of Rider of Red and is the younger Gum Brother.
- Deimlet Pentel (デムライト・ペンテル Demuraito Penteru?)
- He is the original Master of Berserker of Red and is the older Gum Brother.

- The King of Knights and 'father' of Mordred, whom she despises for not recognizing her as the heir of King of Knights. She is actually Saber from Fate/stay night.
- Medea (メディア Media?)

- The princess of Colchis whom Atalanta is loyal to since they are close to each other. She is actually Caster from Fate/stay night, albeit in her younger appearance as Medea Lily (メディア・リリィ Media Rirī?) from Fate/Grand Order.
- Gilles de Rais (ジル・ド・レェ Jiru do Rei?)
- Voiced by: Satoshi Tsuruoka
- Originally a national hero during the Hundred Years War while serving under Jeanne after helping to recapture Orleans, and he was given the highest honor with the title of Marshal of France. He is materialized by Shakespeare during the climax of the Great Holy Grail War. He is actually Caster from Fate/Zero, albeit in his Saber appearance from Fate/Grand Order.

- Assassin of Blacks' original Master who was killed and consumed when he tried to sacrifice Reika Rikudou for Assassins' summoning.
- Rocco Belfeban (ロッコ・ベルフェバン Rokko Berufeban?)

- Head of the Department of Summoning in the Mage's Association. He hires Kairi Sisigou to be a master of Red.

- A professor at the clocktower and Reines' older foster brother. He is previously known as Waver Velvet in his youth.

- The successor of the head of the Department of Evocation in the Mage's Association.
