Khairabad is a census town in Mau district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.
Demographics
As of 2001[update] India census,[1] Khairabad had a population of 12,056. Males constitute 51% of the population and females 49%. Khairabad has an average literacy rate of 60%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 65%, and female literacy is 54%.
