Karl-Heinz Florenz (born 22 October 1947, in Neukirchen-Vluyn) is a German Member of the European Parliament. He was elected on the CDU ticket and sits with the European People's Party group.

On 23 July 2004 he was elected Chair of the Committee on Environment, Public Health and Food Safety. But he was succeeded by Miroslav Ouzký on 1 February 2007.

He is Rapporteur of Parliament's Temporary Committee on Climate Change.
