KBJA (1640 AM) is a radio station broadcasting a Spanish News/Talk format. It is licensed to Sandy, Utah, USA, and it serves the Salt Lake City area. The station is owned by United Broadcasting Company, and features programming from Univision Radio. The station was known as Radio Unica of Utah. It is now branded Super-Radio 1640, and is simulcasted on KHQN 1480, which serves Utah County.
The station used to be run by David C. Kifuri, and other personalities from Latin America. It was a pioneer of Spanish talk in the state of Utah.[citation needed]
