John William Poff (born October 23, 1952) is a former Major League Baseball outfielder. He played parts of two seasons in the majors, 1979 for the Philadelphia Phillies and 1980 for the Milwaukee Brewers.
He is currently[when?] employed as a high school teacher of English and performing arts.[citation needed]
