Joel Camargo (September 18, 1946 – May 23, 2014) was a Brazilian football player from Santos, São Paulo.
During his club career he played for:
- 1963 Associação Atlética Portuguesa
- 1963-1971 Santos FC
- 1971-1972 Paris Saint-Germain
- 1973 Saad
He played only two matches for PSG before leaving the club.[1]
Joel was a defender of the Brazil national football team when they won the 1970 FIFA World Cup.[2] He earned 28 caps for Brazil between 1964 and 1970[3] (plus 10 unofficial matches).
He died of renal failure at age 67 on May 23, 2014.[4]
