Jim Bilba (born April 17, 1968 in Pointe-à-Pitre) is a former basketball player from France. He won the Euroleague with Limoges CSP in 1993, and the silver medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics with the Men's National Team.
Currently, Bilba is the assistant coach for the French basketball team, Limoges CSP.
