Jacob Hopper (born 6 February 1997) is an Australian rules footballer who plays for the Greater Western Sydney Giants in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was recruited from North Ballarat Rebels with pick seven in the 2015 AFL draft.
Hopper made his debut against the Gold Coast in round 8 of the 2016 season. In an impressive performance, he earned 32 disposals and nine clearances as the Giants defeated the Suns by a club-record 91 points.[1][2] For this effort, he was named that round's 2016 AFL Rising Star nominee.[3]
