Fitzroy Channel

The Fitzroy Channel forms the communication between the Otway Sound and the Skyring Sound by a winding course to the North West for 11 miles. Its south-eastern entrance is at Lua error in package.lua at line 80: module 'strict' not found.. The channel is of easy navegation, but a strong tide runs, even during the neaps, at the rate of 5 or 6 kn.[1]
The channel separates the Riesco Island from American continent.
