The road follows the route: Vienna – Bratislava – Zvolen – Košice – Uzhgorod – Mukachevo – Halmeu – Baia Mare - Dej - Bistriţa - Vatra Dornei - Suceava – Botoşani - Târgu Frumos - Iaşi – Sculeni – Chişinău – Kuchurhan border checkpoint - Odessa – Mykolayiv – Kherson - Nova Kakhovka – Melitopol – Taganrog – Rostov-on-Don.[1]
