Playing career
Dundee United
After progressing through the various youth levels, Spark signed a professional contract with Dundee United in July 2012.[1] After impressing for the clubs's under-20 team, his contract was extended in November 2013 to run until May 2016.[2][3] Spark made his competitive first team debut as a substitute in a Premiership match against St Mirren on 30 August 2014.[4]
In February 2016, Spark moved on loan to Scottish League One side Forfar Athletic.[5]
In summer of 2016, Spark's contract will not be renewed by Dundee United after the team had a shocking season, only winning 6 of 35 games.[citation needed]
