Dichomeris semnias is a moth in the Gelechiidae family. It was described by Meyrick in 1926.[1] It is found in north-eastern India.[2]
The wingspan is about 18 mm. The forewings are slaty-fuscous suffusedly irrorated darker and with the anterior half of the costa dark fuscous with about eight ochreous-whitish dots. The stigmata is minute, grey-whitish, the plical rather obliquely before the first discal. The hindwings are grey.[3]
