Danville Schools is a school district located in Danville, Kentucky. The district is roughly coterminous with the boundaries of the city of Danville, about 15 square miles (39 km2) in size. It comprises three elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school and provides educational programs for about 1600 students.
The district employs around 350 professional and support staff, of which over 130 are teaching staff. It operates with a budget over $20,000,000. Taxes and other local revenues account for approximately 70% of the budget.[1][2]

Board of Education
The Board of Education has five at-large members. Each member serves a four-year term. Board meetings are usually held the third Monday of every month with the public portion of the meeting beginning at 7:30 p.m.[3] The current members of the Board of Education are:
