Chyże [ˈxɨʐɛ] (German: Hundsbelle) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Krosno Odrzańskie, within Krosno Odrzańskie County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Krosno Odrzańskie and 29 km (18 mi) north-west of Zielona Góra.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has an approximate population of 170.
