Ceres Pasalubong, Incorporated is a bakery and pastry chain owned by Vallacar Transit Incorporated, the largest transport company in the Philippines based in Bacolod City. It offers a wide range of cakes, breads and local pastries produced in Negros.[1]
The chain was established in 2005 by Ina Ramos, a descendant of the Yanson family, owners of VTI.[2]
Ceres Pasalubong runs its outlets at VTI's bus terminals in Visayas and Mindanao.[3]
