The Boulder Solar project is a 100 MW solar photovoltaic power plant proposed to be built in the Eldorado Valley of Boulder City, Nevada. SunPower plans to build the plant using its Oasis Power Plant system. It is expected to be operational in 2016. A power purchase agreement with NV Energy has been submitted for approval by the Nevada Public Utilities Commission. [1]
