William Franklin Skiff (October 16, 1895 – December 25, 1976), was a Major League Baseball catcher who played in 1921 and 1926 with the Pittsburgh Pirates and the New York Yankees. He batted and threw right-handed. Skiff had a .250 career batting average. He was born in New Rochelle, New York and died in Bronxville, New York.
