Anatoliy Yakovych Kuksov (Ukrainian: Анатолій Якович Куксов) (born 21 November 1949 in Voroshilovgrad) is a retired Soviet football player and a current Ukrainian coach.

He is the most capped player for Zorya Luhansk and one of the longest serving coaches of the club.

In 2007-08 Kuksov unsuccessfully tried to create another professional club in city FC Komunalnyk Luhansk.

Kuksov made his debut for USSR on 2 July 1972 in a friendly against Argentina.
